Dustin Johnson - (USA) WGC-HSBC Championship Shanghai - China - 31st October to 3rd November, 2013 This was Dustin Johnsons first win on the European Tour. A final finish of the last six holes under par gave him a 3 stroke lead over his nearest rival, Englishman Ian Poulter with Graeme McDowell hot on Ians his heels. This was Dustin 45th participation in a European Tour Event placing him in 12th position in the World Rankings.

Gwladys Nocera - (France) China Suzhou Taihu Open Suzhou - China - 1st to 3rd November, 2013 French player Gwladys Nocera won by two strokes on a very dull windy day from her rival, Spanish golfer Carlota Cigando. Following one stroke behind was the Chinese Amateur newcomer Jing Jan. This places Nocera in 4th place in the Ladies Ranking having earned over € 200,00 for her competitive efforts this year.

Victor Dubuisson - (France) Turkish Airlines Open Antalya - Turkey - 7th to 10th November, 2013 The young 23 year-old Frenchman, Victor Dubuisson, won his victory on the European Tour by two strokes from Welshman Jamie Donaldson, and followed closely by Englishman Justin Rose. On the final day he started with a 5 shot lead over a close pack which included Tiger Woods, Justin Rose and Ian Poulter. This victory was his first in only 20 Tour events and has placed him 39th in the World Rankings.

Henrik Stensen - (Sweden) DP World Tour Championship Dubai - United Arab Emirates - 14th to 17th November, 2013 Henrik Stensen from Sweden has made golfing history when he tapped-in an eagle on the very last hole. He claimed victory of the Race to Dubai and also the FedEx Cup on the US PGA Tour at the same time. There was a 6 stoke difference from his nearest rival, Englishman Ian Poulter, and his 8th Tour win in 277 events - the first this year. Henrik moved to number 3 on the World Rankings and not too far behind Tiger Woods and Adam Scott.

Jason Day - (Australia) ISPS Handa World Cup of Golf Melbourne - Victoria - Australia - 21st to 24th November, 2013 The Australian golfer Jason Day overcame personal family tragedy to close out two strokes ahead of his nearest rival, Danish player Thomas Bjorn. His score added to his team-mate Adam Scott gave Australia its 5th victory on this special event. This win moved Jason up to 11th position in the World Rankings.

Morten Orum Madsen - (Denmark) South African Open Gauteng - South Africa - 21st to 24th November, 2013 The young Danish golfer won the South Africa Open with a two stroke victory over South Africans Joe Kruger and Hennie Otto. This was a great victory in that this win was gained by participating in only 28 Tour events. He moved up to 121st position in the World Ranking.

Charl Schwartzel - (South Africa) Alfred Dunhill Championship Madelane - South Africa - 28th to 1st December, 2013 The South African golfer Charl Schwartzel successfully defended his title by winning this Championship with four strokes from his nearest rival the Englishman, Richard Finch. This was Charl Schwartzels 9th win out of 247 European Tour events in which he has now won three times. He moved into the Top 20 on the World Rankings at Nº 18.

Thidapa Suwannapura - /Thailand) Womens Indian Open New Delhi - India - 28th November to 30th November, 2013 Young newcomer Thidapa Suwannapura from Thailand claimed her fourth victory by winning the Womens India Open by 3 strokes from Valentine Derrey from France. She achieved 4th place Ranking last year on the Symetric Tour.

Jin Joeng - (South Korea) ISPS Perth International Lake Karrinyup - Australia - 17th to 20th October, 2013 The 23 year old Korean, Jin Joeng, won his first European Tour event in only 17 attempts. He became the first player from Korea to win an event since Y E Yang won the 2010 Volvo China Open. This victory brought a purse of € 245.438 which exceeds his total prize money to-date. At the time he jumped from being 1,066 position to 340th in the World Rankings.

Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano - (Spain) BMW Masters Shanghai - China - 24th to 27th October, 2013 The 33-year-old Spanish player Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano led by one stroke from the Italian Francesco Molinari and Thai Thongchai Jaidee to seize victory at the BMW Masters. This is his seven victory in 9 European Tour seasons but his first since 2012, and places him 4th in the Race for Dubai and 32nd position in the World Rankings.

Lee-Anne Pace - (South Africa) Sanya Ladies Open Sanya - China - 25th to 27th October, 2013 The 32 year-old Lee-Anne Pace from South Africa defeated newcomer Yu Yang Zhang in the first play-off to win for the second time the Sanya ladies Open in China. Ranking this year as second in the Ladies Order of Merit after participating in a total of 19 Tour events and gaining 6 wins in the Top 10 finishes.

Thomas Bjorn - (Denmark) Omega European Masters Crans-sur-Sierre - Switzerland - 5th to 8th September, 2013 The Danish golfer Thomas Bjorn won his first European Tour event this year adding to his past total of 13 and moving him to 44th position in the World Rankings. It required a playoff against Scot Craig Lee who fell at the first extra hole. However, Craig Lee has some small solace in that he carded a stunning 61 strokes on the final day - which nearly equalled the first sub-60 round in the history of the European Tour.

Joost Luiten - (Dutch) KLM Open Zandvoort - Holland- 12th to 15th September, 2013 After a sudden-death playoff with Englands Simon Dyson on the 18th Hole, local bred Joost Luiten won his third European Tour event in his 127th participation and moved to the Top 60 in the overall World Rankings. This was his second win this season after winning the Lyoness Open in June. He is also the first Dutchman to win more than once during the same European Tour season and the seventh Dutch victory in the Tour history.

Suzann Petterssen - (Norway) The Evian Championship Even-Les-Bains - France - 12th to 15th September, 2013 The 32-year-old Norwegian player Suzann Petterssen beat New Zealand 16-year-old Lydia Ko (Amateur) by two strokes to take the win in a rain-shortened 54-hole event. This was her 19th career victory, the third win this season and her great contribution to the Europe team in the Solheim Cup.

Julien Quesne - (France) Open DItalia Turin - Italy - 19th to 22nd September, 2013 33 year-old golfer Julien Quesne from France stole the win from Irishman David Higgins and Englishman Steve Webster at the 70th Italian Open by one stroke. This was his second victory on the European Tour in 89 events and moved to be inside the Top 140 players in the World Ranking. It happily also took Julien Quesne into passing the € 1 million mark for his total career golf earnings.

David Howell - (England) Alfred Dunhill Links Championship Old Course - Scotland - 26th to 29th September, 2013 On his 13th attempt English golfer David Howell won the Dunhill Links Championship with his 5th European Tour win in 481 events, and this moved him in to the Top 100 at 94 position in the World Rankings. On the last day he defeated the overnight leader USA golfer Peter Uihlein on the second hole playoff.

Azahara Munoz - (Spain) Ladies Open de France Saint-Jean-de-Luz - France - 26th to 29th September 2013 Spanish 25 year-old Azahara Munoz added another victory making a total of three wins on the Ladies Tour. She came from behind to beat the three French ladies, Gwladys Nocera, Valentine Derrey and Joanna Klaten, who all where strongly competing on the final day. As a winning team member in the recent Solheim Cup she moved into 18 place on the Ladies Ranking.

Tiger Woods - (USA) WGC - Bridgestone Invitational Akron Ohio - USA - 1st to 4th August, 2013 Tiger Woods is back in the driving seat! With a score of 15 under, Tiger Woods ended with seven shots clear of defending champion Keegan Bradley and Swedens Henrik Stenson. This was his 18th win in 42 World Golf Championships taking his career earnings in the WGC tournaments now to an excess of US$25,000, 000. It also gave him 79 US PGA Tour titles and only within three of the famous Sam Sneads all-time record of 82. It was also his 40th victory on the European Tour in which he has competed 124 times. He also made history by being the first golfer to win the same Tour Event eight times.

Stacy Lewis - (USA) British Womens Open The Old Course - St. Andrews - Scotland - 1st to 4th August, 2013 Inspirational USA Stacy Lewis won the British Womens Open by 2 strokes over Hee Young Park and Na Yeon Choi, both from South Korea. Stacy is the first USA player to win this event since Sherri Steinhauer in 2006. This was her eighth career victory and her second Major Championship event. With this win she holds the 2nd position in the World Womens Rankings.

Jason Dufner - (USA) US PGA Championship Rochester - New York - USA- 8th to 11th August, 2013 This win was for Jason Dufner his first Major title with an outstanding low score of 63 on his second round. Jason Dufner and ending up with a two stroke victory over the USA Jim Furyk and Swedish Henrik Stenson who was trailing Furyk by one stroke. It was also his first European Tour win in his 32nd event. He moved back into the Top Ten in the World Rankings.

Ann-Kathrin Lindner - (Germany) Pilson Golf Masters Prague - Check Republic - 9th to 11th August, 2013 The 25 year old German, Ann-Kathrin Lindner claimed her first Tour victory on only her eight attempt. Her final round placed her only one stroke ahead of her nearest rivals, Alexandra Vilatte from France and Diana Luna from Italy.

Tommy Fleetwood - (England) Johnnie Walker Championship Gleneagles - Perthshire - Scotland - 22nd to 25th August, 2013 At 25 years of age, Englands Tommy Fleetwood won his first European Tour Event in his 65th attempt beating his previous best result of tied 5th in the 2011 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship. This victory moved him up into the Top 200 in the World Rankings. In a sudden death playoff with Scotlands Stephen Gallacher and Argentinas Ricardo Gonzalez he had only to play the first extra hole to claim his title.

Gregory Bourdy - (France) Wales Open Newport - Wales - 29th to 1st September, 2013 In his 9th appearance in the Wales Open golfer Gregory Bourdy became the first Frenchman to win. His impressive long putting helped him to defeat both USA golfers Peter Uihlein and Danish Soren Kjeldsen by two strokes. He also ended his final round with a row of three birdies. This was his 4 victory on the European Tour in 247 events and moved him into the Top 120 in the World Ranking. It was his first win since in success in 2009 in the Hong Kong Open.

Catriona Matthew - (Scotland) Ladies Scottish Open East Lothian - Scotland - 30th to 1st September, 2013 With many years of golf experience the 44 year old Catriona Matthew gained her second win of the Scottish Open in 3 years. This was her 11th victory on the Tour and she beat her nearest rival, Englands Hannah Burke, by two strokes with the rest of the field some way back.

Graeme McDowell - (Northern Ireland) Open de France Paris - France - 4th to 7th July, 2013 Northern Irelands Graeme McDowell continued his good form by winning the Open de France by four strokes from South African Richard Sterne. This 9th European Tour win and the 2nd of the 2013 season upped his World Ranking to be in 6th place.

Phil Mickelson - (USA) Scottish Open Championship Inverness - Scotland - 13th to 16th July, 2013 The popular American Phil Mickelson claimed his 8th European Tour victory by winning the Scottish Open moving him up to 5th place in the World Rankings. On the tee of the eighteenth Mickelson was leading by three strokes which he promptly dropped allowing a play-off with Branden Grace from South Africa. This was his first win in the British Isles after participating in 122 European Tour events.

Phil Mickelson - (USA) 142nd Open Championship Muirfield - Scotland - 18th to 21st July, 2013 The 43 year old golfer Phil Mickelson claimed a back-to-back win by his victory in the 142nd Open Championship held at Muirfield. The contest was held on a very testing dry course demanding faultless play which caused a musical chair competition for whom was to be the leader. Mickelson started the final day 5 shots behind Englands Lee Westwood. The professional magic re-appeared in this final round ending up 3 stokes ahead of Swedens Henrik Stenson and claiming the famous Claret Jug.

Lee-Anne Pace - (South Africa) Open de Espana Madrid - Spain - 18th to 21st July, 2013 The 32 year old South African golfer Lee-Anne Pace scored her seventh victory by taking the trophy at the Open de Espana in Madrid. This was her second Tour win this season placing her at the top of the Order of Merit. It was a close fought battle with a one stroke win over Swedish golfer Mikaela Parmlid.

Michael Hoey - (Northern Ireland) Russian Open Moscow - Russia - 25th to 28th July, 2013 From Northern Ireland the 34 year old golfer Michael Hoey gained his 5th European Tour win in 187 events with a solid four stroke advantage over his nearest rival Frenchman Alexandre Keleka. Michael Hoeys last Tour win was the Estoril Open in Portugal in 2009. With this victory he moved into the Top 200 in the World Rankings.

Joost Luiten - (Holland) Lyoness Open Austria - 6th to 9th June, 2013 With this win Joost Luiten won his second European Tour victory in 119 events and only the sixth Dutch winner in the European Tour history. After a difficult start he ended his final round one stroke ahead of Danish Thomas Bjorn. He will moved from being 137 in the World Ranking into the Top 100.

Justin Rose - (England) U.S. Open Championship Merion - Pennsylvania - 13th to 16th June, 2013 The 2012 Ryder Cup Team member Justin Rose has become the first Englishman to win the US Open since Tony Jacklin in 1970. Rose finished two strokes clear of both Jason Day and Phil Mickelson. This outstanding victory gave him his sixth European Tour win in 228 events. He also moved up from fifth to third in the World Rankings.

Simon Thorton - (Ireland) Najeti Hotels et Golfs Open Aa St Omer- France - 13th to 16th June, 2013 Simon Thornton golfer from Ireland achieved his first European Tour victory after participating in 59 events. This win moved his from his 753rd place in the World Ranking up to just outside the Top 300 and beat his previous best result of tied ninth in the 2010 BMW International Open. Another achievement was that he was also the first Challenge Tour member to win on the European Tour since 2010.

Ernie Els - (South Africa) BMW International Open Munich - Germany - 20th to 23rd June, 2013 Ernie Els with this win scored his 28th Tour victory in his 282nd European Tour event and moved back into the Top 15 in the World Rankings. Both Danish Thomas Bjorn and Frenchman Alexander Levy fought hard to the last hole to steal the prize without success as Ernie Els piped them at the post by one shot. At one stage both during the final round the Dane and the Frenchman were ahead of Els but his years of experience shone through.

Paul Casey - (South Africa) The Irish Open Maynooth - Ireland - 27th to 30th June, 2013 Paul Casey captured the Irish Open with a sensational last round in tough weather and winning with three stokes from fellow Englishman Robert Rock and Dutchman Joost Luiten. This was a great boast as he has suffered fitness problems and has dropped from a high of being third in the World Rankings in 2009. With this win he moved back up to being Nº 169. Casey has won 12 European Tour events in in a total of 235 events since 2001.

She finished with a hard forught four stroke victory over her nearest rival, South African Lee-Anne Pace.

Brett Rumford - (Australia) Volvo China Open Tianjin - 2nd to 5th May, 2013 Brett Rumford claimed his fourth European Tour victory in his 297th attempts and moved into the top 120 in the Rankings from a previous 253rd position. For the third time this month the event was settled with a play-off. Happily an eagle on the first extra hole gave him victory over both Marcus Fraser and Peter Whiteford. This was his first big win since 2007.

Graeme McDowell - (Northern Ireland) Volvo World Match Play Championship Bulgaria - 16th to 19th May, 2013 This win gave Graeme McDowell his eight European Tour victory in his 240th participation and also the outstanding pleasure of being the sixth time he has gained one million Euros in a single season! The success moved him up to seventh place in the World Rankings. It was not a walk-over win as he had to come from two strokes behind to finally beat the strong competitive game played by Thongchai Jaidee.

Matteo Manassero - (Italy) BMW PGA Championship Wentworth UK - 23rd to 26th May, 2013 In front of a massive audience at the Wentworth Club Italian golfer Matteo Manassero was forced into a four hole play-off with Scotlands Marc Warren and Englishman Simon Khan in order to lift the Trophy. This is his fourth European Tour win in his 82nd Tour event and also moved him into the Top 30 of the World Ranking. Matteo being only a 20 year-old became the youngest winner in the history of the Championship beating Bernard Gallacher by a matter of sixty days.

Mikko Ilonen - (Finland) Nordea Masters Stockholm - 30th to 02nd June, 2013 The Finnish golfer Mikko Ilonen beat his rivals by three strokes to win his third European Tour event in 273 participations. This win over Jonas Blixt from Sweden moved into the Top 100 in the World Rankings. There has been a gap of five years since his last victory but his recent form has placed him second in both the Trophee Hassan II and the Volvo China Open. This is the third victory by a Finn in the history of the European Tour.

Adam Scott - (Australia) Masters Tournament Augusta - 11th to 14th April, 2013 With this outstanding win Adam Scott has now won 9 European titles on the Tour although this was his first this European season. The talented Australian moved up from seventh to third place in the Rankings with his first major win in 48 Championship attempts and the 12th appearance in the Masters. Winning the Masters came with great satisfaction after being beaten at the post by Ernie Els in The Open in the UK some nine months previously. It is very fitting that Australia should have a green jacket of their own with so many past strong players. The finish was exciting with a formidable challenge from a previous winner in the shape of Angel Cabrera whose end game led to a play-off having both birdied the 18th hole.

Raphael Jacquelin - (France) Open de Espana Valencia - 18th to 21st April, 2013 Raphael Jacquelin from France was held at bay by very competitive play from Filipe Aguilar and Maximilian Kieffer and was therefore forced into a playoff. The first to fall away was Aquilar and then it took another five holes before Jacquelin won on the tenth play of the 18th hole with an approach shot to within five feet of the hole. This win was his first since 2011 and his 446th European Tour event moving him from 146th in the Rankings to 95th position. He also became the third Frenchman to win the Open de Espana.

Brett Rumford - (Australia) Ballentines Championship Seoul - 25th to 28th April, 2013 Brett Rumford claimed his fourth European Tour victory in his 297th attempts and moved into the top 120 in the Rankings from a previous 253rd position. For the third time this month the event was settled with a playoff. Happily an eagle on the first extra hole gave him victory over both Marcus Fraser and Peter Whiteford. This was his first big win since 2007 and the second Australian to win the prestigious Ballantines Championship.

Tiger Woods - (USA) WGC Cadillac Championship Florida - 7th to 10th March, 2013 The outstanding natural golf talent of Tiger Woods once more shone through against Rory McIlroy playing one of his best games. Tiger moved into number one place over Rory with just one point difference. This gives him his 39th European Tour victory after a gap of three years and his 98th professional win worldwide. However, this is the 17th win in 41 appearances in the WGC Championship. This is only the second win this 2013 season with the other being the Farmers Insurance Open held in the USA.

Thomas Aiken - (South Africa) Avantha Masters India - 14th to 17th March, 2013 Thomas Aiken from South Africa played a steady final round by hitting 17 out of 18 greens in regulation and played his best competitive tournament in his career. He ended up beating his nearest rival Gaganjeet Bhullar by three strokes, with Wen-chong Liang two strokes behind. This is the second win by Thomas Aiken on the European Tour, the other being the 2011 Open de Espana. The victory placed Thomas back in the Top 100 in the World Ranking.

Kiradech Aphibarnrat - (Thailand) Maybank Malaysian Open Kuala Lumpur - 21st to 24th March, 2013 With only one stroke difference Kiradech Aphibarnrat beat the Italian Edoardo Molinari to win his first European Tour event. Previously, his most successful position had been tied third in the 2010 Maybank Malaysian Open. His success took him from his 170th into the Top 90 World Ranking and the youngest winner so far in 2012 aged 23 years.

Marcel Siem - (Germany) Trophee Hassan II Morocco - 28th to 31st March, 2013 The 32 year old German Marcel Siem won his third victory in his 301st European Tour event and his fourth appearance at the Trophee Hassan II. After a slow start he finally beat both his nearest rivals Mikko Ilonen from Finland and David Horsey from England by three shots. This is the first time that a German has won the Trophee Hassan II since its inauguration in 1971 and his three stroke lead is his best ever win to date.

Richard Sterne - (South Africa) Johannesburg Open South Africa - 7th to 10th February, 2013 With an outstanding 27 under par Richard Sterne claimed a comfortable victory over his nearest rival Charl Schwartzel also from South Africa. The win was his sixth on the European Tour and moved him into the Top 60 in the World Ranking list. The other wins on the Tour were the 2004 Open de Madrid, 2007 Wales Open, 2008 Johannesburg Open, 2009 Alfred Dunhill Championship and 2009 South African Open Championship. A final last day round of 63 with eight shots below par on his scorecard also made Richard Sterne the lowest final round scored in the history of the Johannesburg Open.

Darren Fichardt - (South Africa) Africa Open East London - 14th to 17th February, 2013 It was a close finish for Darren Fichardt as he started the final round tied to his South African compatriot Jaco Van Zyl. He managed to pull ahead after the turn and held this lead finishing with two shot advantage over Jaco who stumbled and then Gregory Bourdy from France came from behind at the finish. This is Darren Fitchardts fourth European Tour victory as a 37 year old and moved into the Top 100 World Ranking. His previous wins on the Tour were the Sao Paulo Brazil Open in 2001, Qatar Masters in 2003 and Saint-Omar Open in 2012.

Matt Kuchar - (USA) WGC Match-Play Championship Arizona - 20th to 24th February, 2013 The win of this prestigious event gave Matt Kuchar his first European Tour victory after 46 participating attempts. It also moved him into the Top 10 in the World Rankings and gave him his seventh victory as a professional. In order to win the title he first had to beat off a solid challenge from the Australian Jason Day and then entered into a very close fight with his fellow American, Hunter Mahan who was the defending champion.

Dawie Van Der Walt - (South Africa) Tshwane Open South Africa - 28th to 3rd March, 2013 This victory has given 30 year old Dawie Van Der Walt his very first win in an European Tour event after 22 attempts. He beat his fellow South Africans, Darren Fichardt and Louis de Jager, both by two strokes when his previous best result had been a tied third place in 2012 Johannesburg Open. He moved up to be just inside the Top 220 in the World Rankings.

Louis Oosthuizen - (South Africa) Volvo Golf Championship South Africa - 10th to 13th January, 2013 The victory by Louis Oosthuizen of this Championship brought his total Tour wins in his career to six and position number 4 in the World Golf Rankings. His final round ended up with a one stroke win over Scott Jameson and two strokes over Thongchai Jadee His five shot final round winning comeback is the largest in the history of the Volvo Golf Champions. He became the second consecutive South African to win the Volvo Golf Champions, following Branden Grace in 2012.

The end result for Jamie Donaldson was his victory by one stroke over Justin Rose and Thorbjorn Olesen. The win placed within the top 30 players in the World Golf Ranking and 2nd victory in the Tour after 268 attempts. He was also the first Welshman to win this Abu Dhabi Championship and equally his sixth win in his professional career.

Chris Wood - (England) Commercial Bank Qatar Championship Qatar - 23rd to 26th January, 2013 After 116 European Tour events English golfer Chris Wood won his first European Tour victory with a one stroke difference from George Coetzee and Sergio Garcia. Chris ended the final day and final hole with a booming drive and a clean putt awarded him a well deserved eagle! This was the third time he has led going into the final round and this was to be the first one where he did not falter. The win moved him into the top 60 in the World Golf Ranking with only two victories since turning professional.

Charl Schwartzel - (South Africa) Alfred Dunhill Championship Leopard Creek- Malelane - South Africa - 13th to 16 December, 2013 This magnificent 24 under win gave Charl Schwartzel his 8th European Tour title. A 12-shot victory places him in near competition with the remarkable record 15-shot win of Tiger Woods at the 2000 US Open. Not to be ignored is his 11-shot victory in Thailand the previous week. As only the second event in this season he is off to a great start in The Race to Dubai. Gregory Bourdy pressed him all the way until the final hole when he took a double-bogey seven, and letting Kristoffer Broberg move into second place with 12-shots under par.
